Calls on the Court to increase the number of transactions under Administration to be examined for all the institutions to be audited in order for Parliament to better fulfil its role as discharge authority for the other institutions; welcomes the indicationregrets that the Court isa planningplan to produce a special report focussing on the administrative expenditure of the institutions other than the Commission;Commission has been revised in order to do an audit on the EU civil service, which will probably only look into a limited part of the administrative expenditure; reiterates the importance of having a more in-depth investigation into the administrative expenditure and repeats its call to include in its work comprehensive data on all institutions in order to provide a coherent basis for a consistent discharge procedure;
