– having regard to the draft Council decision (14882/25),

– having regard to the United Nations Convention on the International Effects of Judicial Sales of Ships (15716/23),

Changed– having regard to the request for consent submitted by the Council in accordance with Article 81(2), points (b) and (c), in conjunction withand Article 218(6), second subparagraph, point (a)(v), of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (C100321/2025),
