No group

Agreement Index of the group on final roll-call votes, per quarter (1 = all voted the same way). Members counted in their group on the day; a vote counts for the group when at least 10 of its members and a third of its seats voted, and a gap is a quarter with fewer than 20 votes counted. The other groups are the faint lines.
