Decision requesting the APPF to verify whether the ESN Party complies with the conditions laid down in Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2025/2445

European Parliament decision of 7 July 2026 requesting the Authority for European Political Parties and European Political Foundations to verify whether Europe of Sovereign Nations Party complies with the conditions laid down in Article 3(1), points (d) and (e), of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2025/2445 (2026/2792(RSP))

The European Parliament,

–having regard to the request presented by 247 Members to verify whether Europe of Sovereign Nations Party complies with the conditions laid down in Article 3(1), points (d) and (e), of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2025/2445 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 November 2025 on the statute and funding of European political parties and European political foundations,

–having regard to the letter of the Authority for European Political Parties and European Political Foundations of 22 May 2026 pursuant to Article 13(4) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2025/2445 on facts casting doubt on compliance by Europe of Sovereign Nations Party with the registration conditions relating to the values on which the Union is founded,

–having regard to Rule 241(2) of its Rules of Procedure,

1.Decides to request the Authority for European Political Parties and European Political Foundations to verify whether Europe of Sovereign Nations Party complies with the conditions laid down in Article 3(1), points (d) and (e), of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2025/2445;

2.Instructs its President to forward this decision to the Authority for European Political Parties and European Political Foundations and, for information, to the Council and the Commission.
