The European Parliament,

–having regard to the draft Council decision (12913/2025),

–having regard to the draft Air Transport Agreement between the United States of America, of the first part, the European Union and its Member States, of the second part, Iceland, of the third part, and the Kingdom of Norway, of the fourth part; and the draft Ancillary Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the first part, Iceland, of the second part, and the Kingdom of Norway, of the third part, on the application of the Air Transport Agreement between the United States of America, of the first part, the European Union and its Member States, of the second part, Iceland, of the third part, and the Kingdom of Norway, of the fourth part (10261/2011),

–having regard to the request for consent submitted by the Council in accordance with Article 100(2) and Article 218(6), second subparagraph, point (a), of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (C100277/2025),

–having regard to Rule 107(1) and (4), and Rule 117(7) of its Rules of Procedure,

–having regard to the recommendation of the Committee on Transport and Tourism (A10-0068/2026),

1.Gives its consent to the conclusion of the agreements;

2.Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of the United States of America, Iceland and the Kingdom of Norway.
