Welcomes the recent agreement between the SDF and the Syrian transitional government; reaffirms its continued and unwavering support for the ceasefire and the recognition of civil and educational rights of Kurds; calls on all parties to refrain from any action that could lead to a new escalation of violence, to respect existing ceasefire arrangements, and to support mechanisms aimed at monitoring and sustaining ceasefire commitments; | 3.
