AddedAs part of its budgetary assessment, the Committee on Budgets also submits the following amendments to the proposal:

AddedArticle 3 – Paragraph 1: The programme envelope for the implementation of the Instrument for the period from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2034 is set at EUR 966 000 000 in current prices (EUR 853 942 000 in 2025 prices).
