AddedSubject: Opinion on the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) 2019/881 as regards managed security services (COM(2023)0208 – C90137/2023 – 2023/0108(COD))

AddedDear Mr Chair,

AddedUnder the procedure referred to above, the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection has been asked to submit an opinion to your committee. At its meeting of 23 May 2023, the committee decided to send the opinion in the form of a letter. It considered the matter at its meeting of 19 September 2023 and adopted the opinion at that meeting.

AddedAt that meeting, it decided to call on the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE), as the committee responsible, to incorporate the following suggestions into its legislative report.
