Such contributions may also be made to the provisioning of the budgetary guarantee, to the financing of the financial instrument or to any amounts of non-repayable support when combined with the budgetary guarantee or the financial instrument in a blending operation, under the [ECF InvestEU Instrument]. The measure shall comply with the requirements of this Regulation. Where such amounts contribute to the provisioning of the budgetary guarantee under [ECF InvestEU Instrument], they shall, where relevant, be complemented by a back-to-back guarantee from the Member State covering the non-provisioned contingent liability.	Amendment2.
