AddedDear Chair,

AddedI refer to the proposal for a Council decision amending the Agreement between the EU and Norway on the apportionment of WTO tariff-rate quotas following Brexit (COM(2023)0564).

AddedAGRI Coordinators considered the matter at their meeting of 25 October. They agreed with the above amendment to the Agreement with Norway and asked me to convey their opinion to you pursuant to Rule 56.

AddedThis recommendation was endorsed by the AGRI Committee at its meeting of 16 November 2023.
