RemovedSimilarly as in the Water Framework Directive, a list of priority substances that are of concern at EU level shall be considered to be included in the Soil Directive following the first assessment of soil health, together with a monitoring mechanism to improve the available information on identifying the substances of greatest concern and emerging treats, to prevent aggravation of contamination.
