Programmes and measures required in relation to such threshold values shall also apply to activities falling within the scope of Directive 91/676/EEC.

As the EQS for carbamazepine in surface water has been set at 0,25 µg/l, the quality standard for carbamazepine in groundwater should be set at 0,025 µg/l.
