| Co-financing rate | |
| 1. The co-financing rate for grants awarded under the programme, where provided in the form of reimbursement of actual eligible costs, shall not exceed 95% of the eligible costs for the objective referred to in Article 3(2), point (-ab), and 80% of the eligible costs for the other objectives referred to in Article 3(2). | |
| 2. Any funding in excess of the ceilings set out in paragraph 1 of this Article, up to 100% of the eligible costs, shall only be granted in exceptional and duly justified cases, which shall be defined in the work programmes referred to in Article 11. |
