| 4. The Commission shall provide a secure and encrypted system to support the exchange of information between the contact points. | 4. Member States shall establish a secure and encrypted system enabling the exchange of information among themselves. Those national systems shall be interoperable with one another, in accordance with technical standards jointly agreed by the Member States. The Commission may provide technical support. |
